我们上海第三钢铁厂幼儿园干1993年10月成立了病残儿童服务小组。服务小组由幼儿园园长亲自挂帅,配备了三位教师、一位保育员、一位保健医生,定期上门为病残儿童服务。服务内容包括:病残儿童的护理,营养的调配,教育与健康的咨询。服务小组与家长共同探讨护理与教育中的问题,并在全园教职员工的积极支持下,尝试着让部分病残儿童入团与健康的孩子一起学习、活动。园里的老师给予病残儿童更多的关心,有的病残儿童不会用餐,老师一口一口地慢慢喂,游戏时,老师和健康的幼儿帮病残儿童擦口水,整理衣襟……病残儿童的家长目睹这一切,感动得热泪
Our third Shanghai Iron and Steel Plant nursery cadre in 1993 October set up a disabled children service team. The service team is personally run by kindergarten principals and is equipped with three teachers, a childcare worker and a health care practitioner who provide regular services to disabled children. Services include: the care of disabled children, the deployment of nutrition, education and health advice. The service team and parents discuss issues in nursing and education. With the active support from the staff of the park, some service teams are trying to join some disabled children into learning and activities with healthy children. The teacher in the garden gave more attention to the disabled children, some disabled children would not eat, and the teacher slowly fed them one by one. During the game, the teacher and the healthy young children helped the disabled children to wipe saliva and clean the skirts. Parents of disabled children witnessed all this, touched tears
