金银花是忍冬科忍冬属植物的干燥花蕾,是中药中常用的一种清热解毒药。忍冬属植物有几十种,作为金银花收购的已有十多种。对在我省分布较广的忍冬属的短柄忍冬[Lonicera maackii(Rupr)Maxim. f. podocarpa Franch. exRehd]的化学成分研究未见报道。本文对短柄忍冬花蕾的化学成分与金银花(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)作了对照预试验并测定了其绿原酸、异绿原酸含量。实验部分材料短柄忍冬原植物系灌木,高达五米余。叶对生,椭圆状卵形或椭圆形。花小,芳香,花冠先白后黄色,外部被柔毛,长约一厘米。浆果红色,花期五～六月。本实验所用花蕾是六月初在兰州医学
Honeysuckle is a dried flower bud of honeysuckle plants in the honeysuckle family and is a kind of detoxification medicine commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine. There are dozens of species of honeysuckle, and there are more than a dozen species of honeysuckle purchased. There is no report on the chemical composition of Lonicera saccharifolia Lonicera maackii (Rupr) Maxim. f. podocarpa Franch. exRehd, which is widely distributed in our province. In this paper, the chemical composition of Lonicera japonica buds was compared with Lonicera japonica Thunb. and its chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid content were determined. The experimental part of the material was a shrub of the original plant, up to five meters in length. Leaves opposite, elliptic-ovate or elliptic. The flowers are small, aromatic, and the corolla is white and yellow, and the outside is pilose, about one centimeter long. Berries red, flowering from five to June. The buds used in this experiment were in Lanzhou Medical in early June.
