从雷公藤根皮中分离到三种新二菇:雷酚萜、雷酚萜甲醚和雷醇内酯。根据UV、IR、~1HNMR、MS等光谱数据、衍生物制备及化学转化,推测化学结构分别为Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ。
Three new mushrooms were isolated from the root bark of Tripterygium wilfordii: phenolphthalein, phenolphthalein, and linalool. According to UV, IR, ~1HNMR, MS and other spectral data, the preparation of derivatives and chemical transformation, the chemical structures I, II and III are presumed respectively.
