近几年来,大兴安岭北五局及呼玛林区重视开辟水路运输线,利用驳船通过黑龙江运输木材,一定程度上缓解了铁路运输紧张和木材超贮积压问题。但是运木船队生产效率低下,直接影响了木材运量的提高和航运企业的经济效益。作者沿江跋涉2000km 跟踪考察,本文综合分析沿江木材产量、船队运力、驳船载量、航道水文资料、装卸潜力及哈佳两港吞吐能量,提出了加强船队均衡调配和通讯联络、合理编队接运,适量科学配载,缩短装卸时间等多项措施和建议,对提高航次,加大运量,缩短营运周期,提高运木船队的生产效率,有一定的指导意义。
In recent years, Daxinganling North Fifth Board and Humamalin District have paid great attention to opening waterway transportation lines and using barges to transport timber through Heilongjiang Province, to a certain extent, alleviating the problems of railway transportation tension and over-storage of timber.
