智力障碍是指智力明显落后于同龄人正常智力水平。目前,在我国仅纯粹智力残疾人就高达554万。作为社会中的一个特殊群体,他们的行为有些笨拙,永远都如幼童一般不善独立。他们在自己的世界里,迷失了方向——但他们的笑,仍然是那样的明净,是那清晨初升的朝阳洒下的一缕温热阳光,让人想要去守护。由于先天缺陷,他们缺乏自我保护意识,容易受到忽略和伤害,他们的安全与权益更需要社会的关注与关怀。怎样保障智力障碍学生的在校安全和他们的合法权益?这是值得社会深思的问题。
Mental retardation means that mental retardation lags behind that of normal peers. At present, in our country, there are only 5.54 million people with only purely intellectual disabilities. As a special group in society, they behave clumsily and are always poor and independent as young children. They lost their way in their own world - but their laughter was still so clear, a ray of warm sunshine shed by the rising sun of the early morning, to the desire of guardianship. Due to innate defects, they lack the awareness of self-protection and are easily overlooked and hurt. Their safety and rights even require the attention and care of the community. How to protect the safety of mentally handicapped students and their legitimate rights? This is a question worth pondering over.
