通过研究阻燃沥青在热老化过程中族组成的变化,探讨其老化后使用性能变差的主要原因。实验以辽河AH-70#沥青为基质沥青,按一定比例加入阻燃剂、抑烟剂和调和剂进行剪切,制备阻燃沥青,采用薄膜烘箱法模拟阻燃沥青老化过程,研究族组成的变化。实验结果表明:在相同老化温度下,随着老化时间的延长,饱和份、芳香份和胶质含量下降,沥青质含量增加。通过考察三个温度下阻燃沥青老化过程中胶体不稳定指数的变化可知,随着老化时间的延长和老化温度的升高,阻燃沥青抗老化性能变差。
By studying the changes of the composition of flame-retardant asphalt in the process of thermal aging, the main reasons for the deterioration of its performance after aging were discussed. In the experiment, Liaohe AH-70 # asphalt was taken as the base asphalt, flame retardants, smoke suppressants and moderators were cut to prepare flame retardant asphalt. The aging process of flame retardant asphalt was simulated by thin film oven method. Variety. The experimental results show that at the same aging temperature, as the aging time prolongs, the contents of saturates, aromatics and colloids decrease, and asphaltene content increases. Through examining the change of colloidal instability index during the aging process of flame-retardant asphalt at three temperatures, it can be seen that the aging resistance of the flame-retardant asphalt deteriorates with the aging time and the aging temperature.
