缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)是细胞缺氧适应与应答调节的关键因子,在机体生理及病理过程中起关键作用。HIF-1α对肿瘤生物学特性改变的调控成为近年来肿瘤研究的热点之一。生存素Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员,参与调控细胞的增殖和凋亡。在人类多种恶性肿瘤中,Survivin高表达并提示预后不良。本文HIF-1α和Survivin与乳腺癌的关系研究进展加以综述。
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) is a key factor in the regulation of hypoxia adaptation and response and plays a key role in the physiological and pathological processes of the body. HIF-1α on the biological characteristics of tumor regulation has become one of the hot spots in recent years. Survivin, a new member of the apoptosis-inhibitory protein family, is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis. In many human malignancies, Survivin is highly expressed and suggests a poor prognosis. This article reviews the relationship between HIF-1α and Survivin and breast cancer.
