本文报道从苦木科牛筋果属植物牛筋果(Harrisonia perforate(Blanco)Merr.)根中再分得一种新的色原酮化合物,命名为牛筋果酸(perforatic acid),其水溶液对~3H-TdR体外渗入小鼠肝癌腹水细胞有较高的抑制率。
In this paper, a new chromone ketone compound named as perforatic acid is obtained from the root of Harrisonia perforate (Blanco) Merr. The infiltration of ~3H-TdR in vitro into mouse ascites cells has a high inhibition rate.
