贸易环境优化的影响是整体性的,惠及的不止一个顾客、一家企业,甚至不止一个国家、一个大洲。世界经济仍处于深度调整期,低增长、低通胀、低需求同高失业、高债务、高泡沫等风险交织,各国都面临较大的经济下行压力。历史和实践证明,不断扩大的贸易和投资是应对经济下滑的良药,是推动经济增长的发动机。中韩、中澳FTA的签署实施,对于各自深化对外经贸合作水平,推进对外经贸关系健康、稳固和持续发展正当其时。
The impact of the optimization of the trade environment is holistic, benefiting more than one customer, a business, even more than one country, a continent. The world economy is still in a period of deep adjustment. With low growth, low inflation, low demand, high unemployment, high debt and high foam risks, all countries are facing greater downward pressure on the economy. History and practice have proved that expanding trade and investment are good remedies for the economic downturn and are engines for economic growth. The signing and implementation of the FTAs by China, South Korea and Australia and China are not the only time for their respective deepening of the level of foreign trade and economic cooperation and promoting the sound, steady and sustainable development of their foreign economic and trade relations.
