随着国民经济的飞速发展,公路建设步入了高速发展的时代。在公路建设中最重要的是对公路工程项目施工阶段成本风险的分析。对一个公路工程进行全面管理所需的步骤是:对成本风险的识别、评估、分析和监控等。在这其中最重要的是对风险的识别,可以实现以最小的代价完成工程,对工程建设起到了主导作用。本文通过研究公路施工阶段风险的识别方面的问题,进而分析了影响公路工程项目施工阶段出现成本风险的原因,最后提出了应对一系列工程施工阶段成本风险的措施,有利于更好的控制成本。
With the rapid development of the national economy, highway construction has entered a period of rapid development. The most important factor in highway construction is the analysis of the cost risk in the construction phase of highway engineering. The steps required to fully manage a road project are: identification, assessment, analysis and monitoring of cost risks. Among the most important of these is the identification of risks that can be accomplished at the minimum cost and play a leading role in project construction. In this paper, by studying the problem of risk identification in highway construction stage, the reasons that affect the risk of construction cost are analyzed. Finally, the measures to deal with a series of cost risk in construction stage are put forward, which helps to control the cost better.
