本文首先叙述了圆弧形踏面与钢轨接触时的几何关系,接着分析讨论了由多个圆弧连成的磨耗形踏面和钢轨接触时的几何关系提出了当磨耗形踏面产生较大横向偏移时,计算等效斜度特性和重力复原刚度的方法,并分析讨论了踏面形状、轮轨间隙和钢轨底坡等因素对等效斜度特性的影响。最后进行了轮轨几何关系的实际测量,表明了所采用的分析方法基本上是正确的。
This paper first describes the geometric relationship between the arc-shaped tread and the rail contact, and then analyzes and discusses the geometric relationship between the arc-shaped wear tread and the rail contact. It is proposed that when the tread of the wear tread produces a large lateral offset , The equivalent slope characteristics and the gravity recovery stiffness are calculated and the influence of the tread shape, the wheel-rail gap and the rail slope on the equivalent slope characteristics is analyzed and discussed. Finally, the actual measurement of the wheel / rail geometry shows that the analysis method used is basically correct.
