由铁道部专业设计院主持,于1987年3月12～16日在武昌召开了《150t机车移车台设计意见书》审查会。会议邀请了第一、二、三、四设计院,电化工程局,上海、沈阳、郑州铁路局,武昌、江岸车辆厂等10个单位28名代表参加。150t机车移车台是1986年部颁项目(通用图),由第四设计院承担设计。通过审查确定:(1)15pt机车移车台为电力和内燃机车移车之用;(2)移车台荷载为150t,
Moderated by the Ministry of Railways Design Institute, held in March 1987 March 12 ~ 16 in Wuchang held a “150t locomotive shift car design submissions” review. The meeting invited 28 representatives from 10 institutes including Design Institute No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Electro-Chemical Engineering Bureau, Shanghai Railway Station, Shenyang Railway Station, Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, Wuchang Airport and Jiang’an Bank. 150t Locomotive Moving Table is a 1986 project (General Drawing), designed by the Fourth Design Institute.
