在和谐社会的今天,太极拳“中和之美”作为中国太极拳美学所追求的最高境界,它的美是独特的,传递着中国人的审美理想,也是中华五千年悠久历史文化温润的结果。文章从太极拳的弧形、意境、张弛、刚柔等四方面阐述了太极拳之美,为进一步挖掘和整理太极拳美学思想提供了理论基础。
In today’s harmonious society, Taijiquan “the beauty of neutralization ” is the highest level pursued by Chinese aesthetics of Taijiquan. Its beauty is unique and transmits the Chinese aesthetic ideal. It is also a long history of China that is warm and moist the result of. The article expounds the beauty of Taijiquan from four aspects: the arc of the Taijiquan, the artistic conception, the relaxation, the rigidness and so on. It provides a theoretical basis for further excavating and arranging the Taijiquan aesthetic thoughts.
