目的 :探讨干细胞移植后受者发生真菌感染的危险因素及其治疗。方法 :3例病例报道及文献复习。结果 :移植后真菌感染的发生与患者的原发疾病、GVHD、供者类型及激素应用有关 ;二性霉素 B脂质体为侵袭性真菌感染治疗首选。结论 :有效地防治 GVHD可降低真菌感染发生率 ;移植后真菌感染的预防和治疗需进一步探索
Objective: To explore the risk factors and treatment of fungal infection in recipients after stem cell transplantation. Methods: Three cases and literature review. Results: The incidence of fungal infection after transplantation was related to the primary disease, GVHD, donor type and hormone application. Amphotericin B liposomes were the first choice for treatment of invasive fungal infection. Conclusion: Effective prevention and treatment of GVHD can reduce the incidence of fungal infection; prevention and treatment of fungal infections after transplantation need to be further explored
