本文以K集团为案例,通过实证分析发现核心员工情商与工作绩效呈现正相关关系,并阐述了在智力资本商业模式下,K集团为提高人力资本价值创造和企业凝聚力实施情商管理的重要措施。
In the case of K Group, we find that there is a positive correlation between EQ and core performance through empirical analysis, and expound the important measures to promote EQ management in order to improve the value creation of human capital and corporate cohesion under the intellectual capital business model.
