作者对CT扫描显示髂腰肌异常的44例病人作了回顾性研究。男26例,女18例。年龄14～89岁。CT层厚和间隔均为10mm,从膈至耻骨联合扫描,平扫5例,平扫加增强扫描39例。最后诊断肿瘤15例,其中淋巴瘤6例、结肠腺癌5例、支气管癌2例、移行细胞癌和甲状腺癌各1例;脓肿21例,来源于胃肠道12例、泌尿生殖系6例、脊柱3例;血肿8例,其中抗凝治疗5例、
The authors retrospectively reviewed 44 patients with iliopsoas muscle abnormalities on CT scans. 26 males and 18 females. Age 14 ~ 89 years old. CT thickness and interval were 10mm, from the diaphragm to the pubic symphysis, plain scan in 5 cases, plain scan plus enhanced scanning in 39 cases. The final diagnosis of tumor in 15 cases, of which 6 cases of lymphoma, colon adenocarcinoma in 5 cases, bronchial carcinoma in 2 cases, transitional cell carcinoma and thyroid carcinoma in 1 case; abscess in 21 cases, 12 cases of gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary tract in 6 cases , Spine in 3 cases; hematoma in 8 cases, of which anticoagulant therapy in 5 cases,
