智库的工作基础是选择适当的课题,进行前瞻性、战略性、创新性的研究。选择课题时不能赶时髦,一窝蜂,而要从长远的战略眼光入手。这样,当任何问题凸显出来时,智库已经有了充分的准备。每个研究者都有自己的独特的研究背景与专长,智库不但要鼓励他们个人研究项目,而且要组织跨地区、多地区和跨学科、多学科的综合研究,以便应对面临的日益复杂的问题。
The foundation of a think tank’s work is to select the appropriate subject for prospective, strategic, and innovative research. Choose a topic can not be fashionable, swarm, but from the long-term strategic vision to start. In this way, think tanks are well prepared when any problems become apparent. Each researcher has its own unique research background and expertise.
