目的:研究热作用对睾九生精过程影响中多核细胞的出现、类型、消失及生物学意义,为男性抗生育提供形态学资料。方法:人工隐睾术后2~70天取出大鼠睾丸和附睾,Bouin和Susa液固定,石蜡切片,光镜观察。结果:术后3天,少数曲细精管出现个别的多核细胞,为精子细胞型和精母细胞型;术后4天,附睾管头段可见多核细胞;术后6天,多数曲细精管出现较多的多核细胞,附睾管各段也显著增多,尾段可见核裂解与核消失;术后15天始很少见。结论:隐睾术后热作用影响生精过程,使受损生精细胞核分裂而脆质不分裂等形成多核细胞。术后3天出现,6天始增多,15天后开始消失。消失方式包括,在由细精管与附睾内碎解和排出体外。隐睾术后多核的形成是热作用使生精细胞损伤后的反应性变化。
OBJECTIVE: To study the appearance, type, disappearance and biological significance of multinucleated cells in the process of testis spermatogenesis induced by heat, and provide morphological data for male anti-fertility. Methods: The testis and epididymis of rats were removed 2 ~ 70 days after artificial cryptorchidism, fixed with Bouin and Susa, and paraffin sections were observed by light microscope. Results: Three days after surgery, a few of the seminiferous tubules appeared in the seminiferous tubules as spermatocyte type and spermatocyte type. After 4 days, the nucleus of the epididymal tube showed multinucleated cells. Conclusion: The postoperative heat effect of cryptorchidism affects the process of spermatogenesis, which causes the damaged spermatogenic cells to divide and the fragile cells to not divide to form multi-nucleated cells. 3 days after surgery, 6 days began to increase, 15 days later began to disappear. Ways to disappear include fragmentation and excretion in the seminiferous tubules and epididymis. The formation of multi-nucleus after cryptorchidism is the thermal effect of reactive changes after spermatogenic cell injury.
