γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)对肾小球肾炎发病机理起到什么样的作用引起诸多研究者越来越浓厚的兴趣。本文综述了IFN-γ对肾小球肾炎的双重作用:即抗肾小球肾炎方面的保护作用及促肾小球肾炎方面的损伤作用。前者包括:IFN-γ抑制TH2细胞活化而减轻肾脏的过敏性损伤,抑制系膜细胞增殖而延缓肾小球硬化。后者包括:IFN-γ充当一个趋化因子;促进淋巴细胞向肾间质聚集;促进肾内单核细胞增殖、活化和NO合成;增加肾固有细胞MHC抗原表达,促进免疫复合物及补体的沉积;对肾小球系膜组织的作用。最后,对IFN-γ在肾小球肾炎中的治疗价值作一展望。
The role of interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in the pathogenesis of glomerulonephritis has drawn many researchers’ growing interest. This article reviews the dual effects of IFN-γ on glomerulonephritis: the protective effect in anti-glomerulonephritis and the injury in glomerulonephritis. The former includes: IFN-γ inhibits the activation of TH2 cells to reduce the allergic damage to the kidneys, inhibition of mesangial cell proliferation and delay glomerulosclerosis. The latter include: IFN-γ acts as a chemokine; promotes the aggregation of lymphocytes to the renal interstitium; promotes intrarenal monocyte proliferation, activation and NO synthesis; increases MHC antigen expression in renal intrinsic cells, promotes immune complexes and complement Deposition; on the role of glomerular mesangial tissue. Finally, the prospect of IFN-γ in the treatment of glomerulonephritis is prospected.
