建立一种测定药物制剂中褪黑素和维生素B6的毛细管区带电泳-紫外检测方法.分离条件优化后,对该方法进行了评价.结果表明,褪黑素与维生素B6分别在3.6~50 mg/L和2.7~50 mg/L内线性良好(R2=0.9972,0.9893),加标回收率分别为87.6%~104.9%和92.1%~102.7%,精密度分别为1.65%和1.01%(RSD%,n=6),检出限分别为1.5mg/L和1.0mg/L,可满足药物制剂中褪黑素与维生素B6含量测定要求.此外,该方法还具有简单易行,检测周期短,分析成本低等优点.
To establish a method for the determination of melatonin and vitamin B6 in pharmaceutical preparations by capillary zone electrophoresis with ultraviolet detection.The method was evaluated after the optimal conditions for the separation.The results showed that melatonin and vitamin B6 were in the range of 3.6-50 mg (R2 = 0.9972,0.9893), the recoveries were 87.6% -104.9% and 92.1% -102.7%, respectively, with the precision of 1.65% and 1.01% (RSD% , n = 6), the detection limits were 1.5mg / L and 1.0mg / L, respectively, which could meet the requirements of determination of melatonin and vitamin B6 in pharmaceutical preparations.In addition, the method also has the advantages of simple and easy, short detection cycle, Analysis of low cost advantages.
