新亚欧大陆桥自1992年开通以来,经过运营实践和宣传,人们对它在中国和世界经济发展中的重要地位,对实施新亚欧大陆桥开发开放战略的重大作用,逐步有了认识。但是,还有许多企业和人员认识不足、不深,影响了对新亚欧大陆桥的开发开放与利用。为此,本刊特意发表著名经济学家马洪、宋法棠、高振刚合写的《新亚欧大陆桥开发开放战略构想》一文(原载1995年10月25日《人民日报》),供学习研究。这篇文章虽然写于1995年,但至今仍有重要指导作用,希望读者认真阅读。
Since its opening in 1992, the New Eurasian Land Bridge has gained an understanding of its important role in the economic development of China and the world and its major role in implementing the opening-up strategy of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge through operational practices and publicity.
