用于高马赫导弹天线罩材料的石英纤维增强氮化物复合材料具有优异的综合性能,但采用先驱体浸渍裂解工艺制备的该复合材料存在吸潮现象,会导致复合材料的介电性能降低。制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)涂层以解决材料的吸潮问题,并进行涂层的制备工艺优化研究。采用浸渍、刷涂、喷涂和真空浸渍等不同工艺制备PVDF涂层,并对涂层的涂覆次数及涂层的冷却方式进行了研究。研究结果表明,采用3次喷涂工艺并随炉冷却制备的涂层具有良好的性能,石英纤维增强氮化物复合材料在40℃,90%R.H的环境中经过70 d后的饱和增重率为0.541%。
Quartz fiber reinforced nitride composites used in high Mach radio radome materials have excellent overall properties. However, the composites prepared by the precursor impregnation cracking process have moisture absorption and lead to the decrease of the dielectric properties of the composites. Preparation of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) coating to solve the problem of moisture absorption and preparation of the coating process optimization. The PVDF coatings were prepared by different techniques such as dipping, brushing, spraying and vacuum impregnation. The coating times and the cooling methods of the coatings were also studied. The results show that the coating prepared by 3 spraying process and cooling with the furnace has good performance. The saturation weight gain rate of quartz fiber reinforced nitride composite after 70 d at 40 ℃, 90% RH is 0.541 %.
