随着建筑经济的不断进步与发展,建筑工程的质量与管理工作逐渐引起施工企业的高度重视,因为建筑工程的质量高低直接关系到建筑工程的安全,同时还会给居民的生活造成很大影响。如何实施有效的建筑工程管理手段,提高建筑工程的质量,是我国施工管理部门所面临的一个重要问题。本文主要就我国目前的建筑工程质量管理存在的问题进行分析研究,并提出适当的意见和建议,希望对大家有所帮助。
With the continuous improvement and development of the building economy, the quality and management of construction projects gradually attract the attention of construction enterprises. Because the quality of construction projects is directly related to the safety of construction projects, it will also have a great impact on the life of residents . How to implement effective construction management tools and improve the quality of construction projects is an important issue facing China’s construction management departments. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems of quality management of construction engineering in our country, and puts forward appropriate opinions and suggestions, hoping to be helpful to all.
