复旦型数字程序控制台采用20位移位寄存器,其最大运算尺寸为(2~(19)-1),圆弧的运标半径为R≤262144μ,超过此值产生溢出。由于生产上需要,有时我们还要用线切割机加工如凸轮、飞机和导弹的剖面样板等各种具有大圆弧半径的工件,用复旦型的数字程序控制台就无法满足要求,必须对该控制台进行改装。
