本室对疑有染色体异常指征的患者657例作了染色体检测,结果发现染色体畸变者108例(检出率为16.7％),属35种染色体异常核型,其中5种为世界首报核型,1种为国内首报核型。
The room of suspected chromosomal abnormalities in patients with indications of 657 cases of chromosomal testing found 108 cases of chromosomal aberrations (detection rate was 16.7%), is a genus of 35 kinds of chromosomal abnormalities, of which five were the world’s first nuclear Type, one for the domestic first reported karyotype.
