工程造价管理工作的重点就是要合理确立和有效控制造价,把项目投资控制在批准的造价限额内,且合理的使用人力、物力、财力,以取得最大投资效益。工程造价管理工作贯穿于整个建设的全过程,即投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招标投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收阶段。其中设计阶段是形成和确定工程造价的重要阶段,同时也是工程造价控制的关键阶段。如何控制设计阶段工程造价,笔者谈点个人的见解。
The focus of project cost management is to establish and effectively control the cost of construction, the project investment control approved cost limits, and the rational use of manpower, material and financial resources in order to obtain the maximum investment returns.
