分析了UPLC-MS/MS法测定水产品中呋喃唑酮代谢物AOZ的不确定度来源,对各不确定度分量进行计算和合成,得出水产品中呋喃唑酮代谢物AOZ的扩展不确定度U=0.044μg/kg(k=2)。
The sources of uncertainty for the determination of furazolidone metabolites AOZ in aquatic products by UPLC-MS / MS were analyzed. The uncertainty components were calculated and synthesized. The extended uncertainty of the AOZ metabolites of furazolidone in aquatic products was obtained as U = 0.044μg / kg (k = 2).
