一、前言武汉长江汽车制造厂与武汉热处理厂的工人和技术人员,在厂党委和革委会的领导和支持下,在工业学大庆的精神鼓舞下,同心协力,用碳、氮、硼三元共渗化学热处理新工艺处理偏心轴螺栓与缸盖双头螺栓的缩杆模,取得了初步效果。武汉长江汽车制造厂在采用冷挤压的数年中,曾用T10A 钢作为缩杆模,但每付模具只能生产200~300件就超差不能用了。后来模具改用Cr12MoV 钢制作,每付模具也只能生产2000~3000件,内径磨损达0.06毫米而超差。在所有60~70付缩杆模具中,只有一付模具生产了6000件。此外,由于Cr12MoV 钢价格昂贵,来源困难,在制造中须精心锻造,常因温度不当而锻裂,还需送外厂淬火,所以不能满足生产上的需要。
