On June 12th,Dow Technology Licensing,a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company,announced that Liaoning Huajin Chemical has selected Dow’s MABS Tech-nology-for its new 140000t/a acrylonitrilebutadiene styrene(ABS)facility.Due onstream in 2011,the plant will be constructedin Liaoning province,northeastern China.Liaoning Huajin Chemical is the 10th Chi-nese chemical manufacturer.to select one ofDow’s technologies in the past two years.
