“文革”十年,我国的国民经济受到极大损失。1974年11月,受林彪、“四人帮”关押,批斗达8年之久的廖志高被任命为福建省委第一书记。主持福建工作期间,他坚决执行中央政策,拨乱反正,恢复经济,积极推进改革开放,为加强党的执政能力建设,努力提高党领导发展的能力作出贡献。我们选编了胡平、王一士、游德馨同志缅怀廖志高同志的文章。
“Cultural Revolution ” Decade, our country’s national economy suffered great losses. In November 1974, Liao Zhigao, who was detained and attacked for eight years by Lin Biao and the Gang of Four, was appointed First Secretary of Fujian Provincial Party Committee. During his presidency of Fujian Province, he resolutely implemented the Central Government’s policies, set the tone for chaos, restored the economy, and actively promoted the reform and opening up. He made his due contribution to strengthening the party’s ability to govern and making great efforts to enhance the party’s leadership. We compiled Hu Ping and Wang Shishi, and Comrade Youde Xin remembered the article of Comrade Liao Zhigao.
