应对高职教育发展过程中面临的困境,我们必须实现从注重外延扩张向注重内涵发展的根本性转变,创新人才培养模式,形成办学特色。论文充分阐述了高职人才培养模式的内涵,分析比较了世界高职教育发达国家的人才培养模式,介绍了无锡南洋职业技术学院国际商学系人才培养模式的创新实践。
To cope with the dilemma confronted in the development of higher vocational education, we must realize the fundamental transformation from focusing on outward expansion to focusing on the connotation development, innovating the mode of training qualified personnel and forming the characteristics of running a school. The thesis fully expounds the connotation of talent training mode of higher vocational education, analyzes and compares the training model of developed countries in higher vocational education in the world, and introduces the innovative practice of personnel training mode of International Business School in Wuxi Nanyang Polytechnic.
