大鼠油酸肺损伤时,血浆过氧化氢诱发化学发光峰值(P-ICL,peakofH_2O_2__inducedchemiluminescence)和总光强(T-ICL,totalofH_2O_2inducedchemiluminescence)均显著升高且逐渐加重。用盐酸氮芥消耗大鼠90%左右的白细胞以后,可以显著减轻油酸肺损伤时ICL的升高程度,同时其支气管肺泡灌洗液中蛋白含量和ICL水平也显著降低(P<0.05)。以上结果提示,白细胞在肺内聚集将加重肺损伤程度,而ICL的升高与油酸肺损伤时肺内白细胞的作用有关。
In rats with oleic acid-induced lung injury, plasma hydrogen peroxide-induced chemiluminescence peak (P-ICL) and total light intensity (T-ICL, total of H_2O_2inducedchemiluminescence) increased significantly and gradually increased. The consumption of 90% of white blood cells in rats treated with nitrogen mustard significantly reduced the level of ICL in oleic acid-induced lung injury and the protein and ICL levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (P <0.05 ). The above results suggest that leukocyte accumulation in the lung will aggravate the degree of lung injury, while the rise of ICL is related to the action of leukocytes in the lung during oleic acid-induced lung injury.
