艺术生就业难是一个不可回避的现实问题。创客空间是近年来蓬勃发展的创业实践平台,集创意、创新、创业于一体。艺术生依托创客空间,可以提升其创新、跨界思维和创业的能力,将艺术创意和市场对接,有效拓宽艺术生的就业渠道。文章通过分析艺术生就业的现实困境,探讨了如何利用创客空间提高学生的就业能力并扩宽学生的就业渠道,以期为解决艺术生就业难的问题提供一些建议。
Art students employment difficult is an unavoidable reality. Create customer space is booming business practice platform in recent years, set creative, innovative and entrepreneurial in one. Relying on the pioneering space for art students, art students can enhance their ability to innovate, cross-border thinking and start their own businesses, connect art creativity with the market, and effectively broaden the employment channels for arts students. By analyzing the real predicament of art students ’employment, this paper discusses how to make use of the artificer space to improve the employability of students and broaden the employment channels of students so as to provide some suggestions for solving the difficulties of art students’ employment.
