目的:探讨过山枫总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性。方法:分别采用DPPH.法、ABTS+法和Fenton体系法,以抗坏血酸(Vit C)作阳性对照,测定了过山枫总黄酮对DPPH·自由基、ABTS+自由基、·OH自由基的清除或抑制能力。结果:过山枫总黄酮对DPPH.自由基、ABTS+自由基、·OH自由基均具较强的清除或抑制效果。在供试浓度范围内,过山枫总黄酮对上述3种自由基的清除或抑制效率与总黄酮浓度间呈现一定量效关系,当过山枫总黄酮浓度达18.15、11、18.15μg/mL时,其对DPPH.、ABTS+与.OH的清除或抑制率分别达到87.43%、85.84%与92.56%,均高于同浓度下Vit C的清除或抑制率。结论:过山枫总黄酮具有较强的抗氧化的作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-oxidative activity of total flavonoids Methods: Scavenging or inhibiting DPPH · ABTS + · · · · OH radical scavenging activities of total flavonoids of Piceasia chinensis var. Meyeri on the basis of DPPH method, ABTS + method and Fenton system method respectively, and ascorbic acid (Vit C) ability. Results: The total flavonoids of Picea crassifoliae had strong ability of eliminating or inhibiting DPPH · free radical, ABTS + free radical and · OH radical. In the range of test concentration, the total flavonoids of C. alpaca showed a certain dose-effect relationship with the removal or inhibition efficiency of the above three free radicals and the total flavonoid concentration. When the total flavonoids of P. juncea reached 18.15, 11, 18.15 μg / mL , The clearance or inhibition rate of DPPH, ABTS + and .OH reached 87.43%, 85.84% and 92.56%, respectively, which were higher than those of Vit C at the same concentration. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of Pistacia chinensis has a strong anti-oxidant effect.
