我院自1988年以来,用鼻泪管逆行扩张并弓形硅胶管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎109例126眼,经12～34个月观察,疗效满意,报告如下。材料和方法一、对象:无泪小管阻狭及下鼻甲严重肥大的慢性泪囊炎109例126眼。其中4例4眼伴泪囊皮肤瘘,3例3眼为泪囊鼻腔吻合术失败者,18例24眼伴严重萎缩性鼻炎,男15例18眼,女94例108眼;年龄17～64岁,病程3月～17年。二、方法1.术前准备:①泪鼻道穿线针:取7号钝头腰穿针1根,接5ml 注射器,将浸入
