教育教学活动其实是师生双向互动的过程,班主任的班级管理也是如此,班主任只有与学生进行平等的沟通、交流,了解学生的需求,方能站在学生的角度对其进行合理管理。班主任与学生的沟通包括口头交流和心理沟通这两类,其实口头交流正是心理沟通的外在表现。所以,主要论述了如何与学生进行心理沟通。
Education and teaching activities are actually two-way interactive process between teachers and students. The class management of the class teacher is also the same.
