对海南铁精矿适宜的烧结工艺参数及强化措施进行了研究.研究表明,海南铁精矿作为烧结原料时,烧结利用系数低,燃耗高,脱硫率低,而且精矿配比最高不能超过70%,料高以400mm为宜。配加澳矿是改善海南铁精矿烧结矿质量的重要途径.焦粉分加是降低燃耗的主要措施.较高料层时,有机粘结剂可以强化制粒,改善料展透气性。
The appropriate sintering parameters and strengthening measures for iron ore concentrate in Hainan were studied. The results show that when Hainan iron concentrate is used as sintering raw material, the utilization coefficient of sintering is low, the fuel consumption is high, the desulfurization rate is low, and the highest proportion of concentrate can not exceed 70%. Oregon mining is an important way to improve the quality of sinter ore in Hainan iron ore. Coke powder plus points to reduce fuel consumption is the main measure. When the material is higher, the organic binder can strengthen the granulation and improve the air permeability of the exhibition.
