The patient, male, was 27 years old and was admitted to hospital for 1 month because of an episode of pain in both lower limbs for 5 years. The patient had no obvious cause of pain in both lower extremities in 1994, and the right side was the most important one. There was no obvious abnormality in the lumbar X-ray film. The pain disappeared two months later, but the conscious self-consciousness of the lower limbs could not perform the jumping and jogging exercise. About 1 month ago, the patient developed pain in the left lower extremity again, followed by numbness and weakness.
