目的 :观察乌鸡白凤口服液的益气养血功能 ,比较乌鸡白凤口服液与乌鸡白凤丸二种剂型的作用差异。方法 :观察药物对急性小白鼠血虚模型的影响及对小白鼠急性应激反应的影响。结果 :乌鸡白凤口服液能显著促进失血小鼠 RBC,Hb值的恢复 ,能显著提高小鼠的抗应激能力 ,延长小白鼠常压缺氧死亡时间及延长小白鼠游泳时间。乌鸡白凤丸也是具有相似的作用。结论 :乌鸡白凤口服液具有补气养血 ,升高血红蛋白 ,提高红细胞值的作用
Objective : To observe the effect of qi and blood nourishing of Wujibaifeng Oral Liquid and compare the effects of Wujibaifeng Oral Liquid and Wujibaifeng Pills. Methods : To observe the effect of drugs on the blood deficiency model of acute mice and the effect of acute stress on mice. Results: Wujibaifeng Oral Liquid could significantly promote the recovery of RBC and Hb in blood loss mice. It could significantly improve the anti-stress ability of mice, prolong the death time of oxygen deprivation and prolong the swimming time of mice. Wuji Baifeng Pills also have a similar effect. Conclusion : Wujibaifeng Oral Liquid has the function of supplementing qi and nourishing blood, increasing hemoglobin, and increasing the erythrocyte value
