目的探讨祛风定痛方对小鼠偏头痛模型的作用。方法复制利血平致低五羟色胺(5-HT)偏头痛模型,观察祛风定痛方对模型小鼠脑组织5-HT水平、凝血时间的影响及其止痛效果。结果祛风定痛方高、中、低剂量组与模型组比较均能明显升高利血平致低5-HT模型小鼠脑组织中5-HT水平(P<0.05),明显延长小鼠凝血时间(P<0.05,P<0.01),有效抑制福尔马林致小鼠疼痛反应,减少小鼠Ⅰ时相舔足时间(P<0.01),但不能够减少小鼠Ⅱ时相舔足时间;祛风定痛方能够提高电刺激致大鼠疼痛痛阈,其高剂量组在给药后30,60,90,120 min时与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),中剂量组在给药后60,90 min时与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),小剂量组在给药后60 min时与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛风定痛方治疗偏头痛可能与升高脑组织5-HT水平、延长偏头痛小鼠凝血时间有关,提示其有良好的镇痛作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Qufeng Decoction on migraine model in mice. Methods Reserpine 5-HT migraine model was induced by reserpine, and the effect of Qufeng Decoction on the level of 5-HT and the clotting time in model mice were observed. Results Qufeng Dingtong Fang Fang high, medium and low dose groups compared with the model group were significantly higher reserpine-induced 5-HT model mice brain tissue 5-HT levels (P <0.05), significantly prolonged mouse clotting (P <0.05, P <0.01), and effectively inhibited the pain response induced by formalin in mice and reduced the licking time of mice in phase Ⅰ (P <0.01), but not in mice ; Qufeng Dingtong Prescription could increase the pain threshold of rats induced by electrical stimulation. The high dose group had significant difference (P <0.01) at 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes after administration compared with the normal control group The dose group at 60, 90 min after administration compared with the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01, P <0.05), low-dose group at 60 min after administration compared with the normal control group, the difference was Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Qufeng Decoction for the treatment of migraine may be related to increasing the level of 5-HT in brain tissues and prolonging the clotting time in migraine mice, suggesting that Qufeng Decoction has good analgesic effect.
