随着社会经济的迅速发展,社会主义市场经济的确立,建立完善的工伤保险制已成为我国亟待解决的问题。 一、工伤保险的现状与存在的问题 我国的工伤保险制度已实施40多年,现行的工伤保险制度仍是50年代初制定的《劳动保险条例》。此《条例》实施40多年来未做修改。在其实施范围、模式、标准、程序等方面很难适应社会主义市场经济体制的要求,存在的主要问题有:
