本文根据2004-2013年的大连市统计数据,通过数据包络分析法和投入产出计算法对大连市工业环境效率进行分析;通过数据包络分析法和投入产出的相关计算方法计算出大连市工业环境效率,并用SFA系数进行各种投入的产出分析。研究发现:(1)大连重化工业的经济效率增长速度比重化工业环境效率要小。对二者进行相关性分析,发现两者表现为正相关,这就是说一种速率增长带动另一种速率的增长。(2)固定资产与劳动力对大连市重化工业的经济增长起到了重要的作用。三废的排放对大连市重化工业经济的增长起到的作用较小。(3)三废的排放量随着经济的增长而增长,与经济形成正相关。在对三废进行处理时,由于管理和政策的一些问题,治理情况差距较大。
Based on the statistical data of Dalian City from 2004 to 2013, this paper analyzes the efficiency of Dalian’s industrial environment through data envelopment analysis and input-output calculation method; and calculates Dalian through data envelopment analysis and input-output related calculation methods. The city’s industrial environment efficiency, and use the SFA coefficient to analyze the output of various inputs. The study found that: (1) The growth rate of the economic efficiency of Dalian Heavy Chemical Industry is proportional to the efficiency of the industrial environment. The correlation analysis between the two shows that the two are positively correlated, which means that one kind of rate growth leads to another rate increase. (2) Fixed assets and labor have played an important role in the economic growth of heavy chemical industry in Dalian. The emission of wastes has played a minor role in the growth of the heavy chemical industry in Dalian. (3) The emissions of the three wastes increase with the economic growth and are positively related to the economy. When dealing with the three wastes, due to some problems in management and policies, there is a big gap in governance.
