本文从力的简化入手,分析了传动工作辊和传动支撑辊的四辊轧机的轧辊受力,提出保证轧辊运转稳定的偏心距计算公式和计算传动力距的简便公式。分析了支撑辊传动的轧机上工作辊对支撑辊的滑动并不限制压下量的增加。
Starting with the simplification of the force, this paper analyzes the roll force of the four-high rolling mill which drives the work roll and the drive backup roll, and presents the simple calculation formula of the eccentricity to ensure the stable running of the roll and the simple formula to calculate the transmission distance. It is analyzed that the sliding of the work roll on the backup roll on the mill driven by the backup roll does not limit the increase of the reduction amount.
