目的探讨直肠癌术后并发症需再次手术的病因、预防和治疗方法。方法对手术治疗的直肠癌１５５例发生各类并发症和再次手术的病因、治疗作统计分析。结果发生各类并发症２４例，其中１２例再次手术治疗，再次手术的原因为肠坏死１例，左侧输尿管损伤并尿瘘１例，腹内疝１例，造瘘口狭窄３例，造瘘口脓肿１例，会阴部切口裂开２例（并小肠脱出１例），腹部切口裂开２例，粘连性肠梗阻１例。结论１２例直肠癌术后并发症需再次手术，其中部分为医源性因素，提出对这种常见手术应重视，操作应规范。
Objective To investigate the etiology, prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of rectal cancer. Methods A total of 155 cases of rectal cancer undergoing surgical treatment were subjected to various complications and the cause and treatment of reoperation were analyzed statistically. Results 24 cases of various complications occurred, including 12 cases of reoperation. The cause of reoperation was intestinal necrosis in 1 case, left ureter injury and urinary fistula in 1 case, intra-abdominal hernia in 1 case, fistula in 3 cases, fistula There were 1 case of oral abscess, 2 cases of perineal incision dehiscence (1 case of prolapse of small intestine), 2 cases of abdominal incision dehiscence, and 1 case of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Conclusion 12 cases of postoperative complications of rectal cancer require reoperation, some of which are iatrogenic factors. It is proposed that attention should be paid to this common operation and the operation should be standardized.
