在砖混结构住宅楼施工中,我们常感觉到构造柱的轴线位移和钢筋位移较难控制。经过分析,构造柱的轴线位移有两方面的原因。第一,灌注混凝土时,振捣造成柱轴线的超标位移;第二,人为原因,即使有专人控制构造柱的钢筋骨架,也会造成构造柱的轴线位移超过国家的技术标准。近几年,我们通过实践总结出一套可行的方法,有效地控制了构造柱的轴线位移。
In the construction of brick-concrete residential buildings, we often feel that the axial displacement of the structural column and the displacement of the steel bars are difficult to control. After analysis, there are two reasons for the axial displacement of the structural column. First, when pouring concrete, vibrators cause excessive displacement of the axis of the column. Second, human-induced reasons, even if a person controls the reinforcing steel skeleton of the structural column, the axial displacement of the structural column exceeds the national technical standard. In recent years, we have concluded a set of feasible methods through practice to effectively control the axial displacement of the structural column.
