实行税务部门代收工会经费,打破了传统经费收缴模式,创新了工会经费收缴机制。通过委托税务部门代收,可减少环节,简化程序,提高效率,便于企事业单位上缴经费,同时有利于工会干部集中精力搞好工会组织建设,顺利开展活动,维护职工合法权益,更好地为企事业发展服务。河北省冀州市总工会是从2006年6月起实行地税代收工会经费的,几年来,经过各级工会组织和地税部门的共同努力,我市工会经费收入稳步增长,有力地促进了工会各项活动的开展。
