国际上普遍将科学素养概括为三个组成部分,即对于科学知识达到基本的了解程度;对科学的研究过程和方法达到基本的了解程度;对于科学技术对社会和个人所产生的影响达到基本的了解程度。针对小学生的年龄,笔者认为小学生的科学素养培养主要集中在科学知识的习得,科学方法的掌握与设计是首要发展目标,而问题意识就是发展这两个目标的重要途径。如何培养孩子们的问题意识呢?下面笔者就一些科学课堂实践谈一谈问题意识的培养策略。
