通过从云南省主要产烟区收集到的 45个烟草野火病菌菌株在 15个供试烟草品种上的接种试验研究,筛选到一套烟草野火病菌生理小种鉴别寄主体系。同时,以发病率作为抗感划分标准,可将供试菌株划分为 4个生理小种 (即生理小种Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)。
A total of 45 tobacco wildfire strasses collected from the main tobacco-producing areas of Yunnan Province were inoculated into 15 tested tobacco varieties and screened to identify a host system for identification of the tobacco wildfire pathogen. At the same time, taking the incidence rate as the standard of anti-flu division, the tested strains can be divided into four physiological races (ie, physiological races Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ).
