目的研究复方苦芩软膏的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎试验和醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高实验探讨其抗炎作用;采用小鼠热痛反应实验和小鼠醋酸扭体反应试验研究复方苦芩软膏的镇痛作用。结果小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎实验和醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高实验评价其抗炎作用结果,实验组均显示具有显著的抗炎作用。分别与阴性对照组及实验药物基质组比较,有极显著性差异(P<0.01);与阳性药物对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。复方苦芩软膏可显著提高热板法疼痛模型小鼠痛阈值,与阴性对照组及实验药物基质组比较,均有极显著性差异(P<0.01);与阳性药物对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在小鼠醋酸扭体反应实验中,复方苦芩软膏可减少由醋酸所致小鼠疼痛反应的扭体次数,与阴性对照组及实验药物基质组比较,均有极显著性差异(P<0.01);实验组与阳性药物对照组(马应龙麝香痔疮膏组)比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论复方苦芩软膏有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of compound Qinqin ointment. Methods The auricular xylene induced inflammation in mice and acetic acid-induced increased peritoneal capillary permeability in mice were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory effects. The mice were treated with heat-pain reaction and acetic acid writhing test to study the effects of compound Qinqin ointment The analgesic effect. Results The mouse auricle xylene induced inflammatory test and acetic acid-induced mouse peritoneal capillary permeability test to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of the experimental group showed significant anti-inflammatory effect. Compared with the negative control group and the experimental drug matrix group, there was a significant difference (P <0.01). Compared with the positive drug control group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Compound Kuqin ointment can significantly improve the hot plate pain model mice pain threshold, compared with the negative control group and experimental drug matrix group, there was a significant difference (P <0.01); compared with the positive drug control group, no significant Difference (P> 0.05). In mice acetic acid writhing experiment, compound Kuqin ointment can reduce the number of writhing induced by acetic acid in mice pain reaction, compared with the negative control group and the experimental drug matrix group, there was a significant difference (P <0.01 ). There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the positive control group (Ma Yinglong musk hemorrhoids cream group) (P> 0.05). Conclusion Compound Qinqin ointment has a significant anti-inflammatory analgesic effect.
