风险分级方法在职业病危害分类中的应用分析

本文通过几个典型案例介绍化学物质职业接触健康风险分级方法在建设项目职业病危害预评价中判定职业病危害分类的应用。实例应用证明化学物质职业接触风险分级方法简单可行,结果合理,符合我国目前建设项目职业接触健康风险评估的实际情况,同时解决了如何判定与《建设项目职业病危害风险分类管理目录》有明显区别的建设项目职业病危害分类这个技术难点。在职业病危害评价工作中,应根据具体情况,灵活运用国家安全生产监督管理总局新颁布的法规来进行职业病危害类别的判定,同时不断完善风险分级方法,以更好地进行职业病危害评价,指导建设项目分类管理。 This article introduces the application of chemical occupational exposure hazard classification in several pre-evaluation cases of occupational hazards in construction projects. The application of examples shows that the classification method of occupational exposure to chemical substances is simple and feasible and the result is reasonable, which is in line with the actual situation of occupational exposure to health risk assessment of construction projects in our country. At the same time, it resolves how to determine the difference with the “Catalog of Occupational Hazards Risk Classification of Construction Projects” Construction project occupational hazards classification of this technical difficulties. In the evaluation of occupational disease hazards, we should flexibly use the newly promulgated laws and regulations of the State Administration of Work Safety to judge the types of occupational disease hazards and, at the same time, constantly improve the risk classification method so as to better evaluate the occupational disease hazards and guide the construction Project classification management.
